Day 1:

Arriving at Sofia Airport, accommodation in a hotel.

Day 2:

Breakfast. Sofia walking tour: St.Aleksander Nevski Cathedral, St.Nedelia Cathedral, Russian church, The National Art Gallery, The Presidency, National Theater ,The St.George Rotunda, The remains of the Serdika ancient town. Departure for Rila Monastery (on way there-lunch in Gorski kut restaurant)- one of the symbols of Bulgaria and the most significant monuments of culture-included in the list of UNESCO for world heritage. Traveling to Plovdiv (one of the most beautiful Bulgarian cities, that will be the The European Capital of Culture 2019). Accommodation and dinner.

Day 3:

Breakfast. Plovdiv walking tour: Old town, the Ethnographic museum, church St.Konstantin and Elena, the Antique Theatre. Traveling to Kazanlak (the rose capital of Bulgaria)-shopping and tasting in the House of Roses. Lunch at “Magnolia” restaurant with homemade dishes. After this-visit of an ancient tomb “Goliama Kosmatka” and the Monastery „Shipchenski”. Traveling to Veliko Tarnovo-one of the old capitals of Bulgaria. Accommodation and free time. Dinner. Observation from one of the terraces of the city to the show “Sound and Light” – a spectacular illumination of the Tsarevets hill and Castle.

Day 4:

Breakfast. Visit of the Tsarevets Fortress and Castle. Traveling to Arbanasi village and visit of the Church St. Archangels (with included church chants) and Konstantsalieva House (one of the most beautiful houses in the village belonged to one of the richest families in the village). Traveling to Rousse and lunch in a restaurant near the Danube river. Transfer to Romania.
